This one of our Regions favourite blend. We use local organic apples from Grimsby, Ontario. We peel them, and then gently dehydrate. We prefer to go low and slow, so that it dehydrates the apples properly avoiding bland and hard apples.. yuck!! Next.. we blend all these delicious apples with our gluten free Almond Flour and TONS of cinnamon. Tip.. add sugar free full whipped cream = perfect Apple Pie
